MISSION  STATEMENT

Cultivate the creation, appreciation, and availability of the visual fine arts in Southern Maryland.

​

   1. Provide a space for the advancement of the visual fine arts.

​

   2. Encourage artists, of all levels of experience, in the pursuit of

       their art.

​

   3. Facilitate a vibrant and enduring engagement between the

       general public and artists to foster a stronger appreciation of

       culturally diverse art.

​

   4. Engender a sense of community, and facilitate a free exchange

       of ideas, among artists.

​

   5. Recruit, retain, and engage actively participating members

       business partners, and government organizations to support

       the mission.
